Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between the Sales and Hotel operations teams; each day will present new challenges.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to ensure all details are meticulously managed.
  • Assist in various creative initiatives, including marketing materials, event coordination, and tracking attendee lists.
  • Generate reports utilizing our technology platforms.
  • Oversee reservation entries and establish rate codes within our Property Management Systems.
  • Input Guest Reservations and Rooming Lists into our Property Management Systems.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate manager.
  • Collaborate with clients and coordinate internally to streamline guest requirements.
  • Ensure flawless execution of site tours, VIP requests, and special amenities.
  • Engage in business development through online prospecting, networking, and research.
  • Participate in evening sales events occasionally, as networking is vital for your future career in sales.
  • Embody our values, vision, and culture in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • A strong focus and a driven entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers, databases, and property management systems.
  • A willingness to engage in hands-on tasks for the benefit of the hotel.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and guests.
  • Experience in a hotel environment and/or sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with managing social media accounts for businesses is a plus.
