What you will do as a Regional Sales Executive at Global Lending Services LLC? As a Regional Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the company's market presence by onboarding new dealerships, nurturing existing partnerships, and boosting awareness and utilization of the company's lending programs. This position will operate remotely within the designated market and will report to a Regional Sales Director.

How will you create value within the organization as a Regional Sales Executive?

  • Educate dealerships on all facets of the company's lending programs and how to optimize the benefits for their specific operations
  • Collaborate with other operational teams to secure quality business from current dealers and enhance program utilization
  • Expand the assigned territory by identifying and onboarding new dealerships
  • Conduct regular dealer visits, initiate cold calls, and respond to inbound inquiries from dealerships to foster relationships and secure business
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention among dealers
  • Complete and submit documentation to monitor and evaluate established objectives
  • Promote a collaborative culture that supports the achievement of business goals by working closely with colleagues and management
  • Engage in special projects as required
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management or as needed by the company

What qualifications are necessary for success as a Regional Sales Executive?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience is required
  • Three (3) years of experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience
  • Three (3) years of sales experience, preferably within the auto industry
  • Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships is preferred
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative, identify needs, propose improvements, implement recommendations, and assess effectiveness
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful, with the ability to influence others, manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information, and build cross-functional partnerships
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • A team player who can adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficient in computer skills with a working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software as needed
  • Commitment to exemplifying the organization's core values and key competencies
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities

Work Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively to exchange accurate information
  • Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, and extensive reading
  • Must be able to operate from a home office
  • This position requires extensive travel, both by vehicle and air; travel is expected to be approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel and extended hours
