Job Overview


Insight Global is seeking motivated sales professionals to enhance their expanding residential lending platform across diverse markets nationwide.

Our client operates as a direct-to-consumer alternative lending solution for real estate investors, offering essential working capital to help scale their businesses. This position is distinct from a traditional mortgage broker role.

Our client provides funding for various real estate ventures throughout the country, including but not limited to fix & flip, fix & hold, new construction, and multi-family projects (such as apartment complexes).

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual who is resourceful, innovative, and passionate about empowering investors to grow their real estate portfolios.

This role offers a combination of salary and commission.

The primary objective is to drive revenue and growth within the designated real estate market by establishing strong relationships with Real Estate Investors and Developers, identifying the funding strategies that align with their objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, either B2C or B2B

• Knowledge of Real Estate Finance/Funding

• Proficient in social media prospecting (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Outstanding communication skills
