POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives within your designated area. Your focus will be on nurturing existing customer relationships while expanding the company's market presence through a consultative sales approach. You will cultivate and utilize your understanding of Aladdin's offerings as well as those of our competitors, alongside the operational standards of our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at acquiring new clients within your assigned region, leveraging trade leads, referrals, existing customer relationships, and new prospects identified through our competitive account management database.
- Maintain relationships with current customers, which may involve assessing the condition of existing equipment, updating clients on new product offerings, ensuring proper equipment usage, addressing quality concerns, and safeguarding against competitive encroachments.
- Deliver essential training for new healthcare facilities, including educating dietary staff on the effective use of new systems and capital equipment, while monitoring performance during the initial implementation phase.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A four-year degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with the institutional food service industry and/or healthcare systems is essential.
- Experience in the healthcare market and/or equipment sales is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
- Residency within the assigned territory is preferred.
- Strong goal orientation, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and software are necessary.
