Role Overview:
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives within your designated region. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective sales strategies aimed at acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and utilize a comprehensive understanding of Aladdin’s offerings as well as competitor products to enhance customer operations.
2. Formulate a robust sales strategy that encompasses:
- Trade leads
- Show leads
- Referrals
- Existing customer relationships
- New prospects identified through our competitive account database.
3. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, which includes:
- Assessing the condition of current equipment
- Updating clients on new product offerings
- Addressing quality concerns
- Ensuring our competitive edge in ongoing business.
4. Provide essential training for new healthcare facilities, which includes:
- Training dietary staff on the effective use of new systems
- Monitoring equipment performance during initial usage.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in the institutional food service sector and/or healthcare systems is essential.
- Familiarity with the healthcare market and/or equipment sales is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
- Strong goal orientation along with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and possess strong analytical abilities.
