About the Position

The Regional Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing new client relationships, as well as overseeing on-site maintenance contracts to meet personal sales objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieving personal sales goals by cultivating and managing new client partnerships.
  • Participating in networking events, business meetings, and other client engagement activities to connect with senior executives for proposal development.
  • Identifying and targeting prospects in designated markets through cold outreach and follow-up efforts, expanding the business into new territories.
  • Conducting market analysis and leveraging data to discover new opportunities while maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Supporting fellow sales team members with proposal development, attending team meetings, and contributing to annual business planning and sales strategies.
  • Keeping an organized database of expiring contracts and lost proposals for re-bid and renewal, aiding in the overall sales strategy with standardized prospecting and proposal materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in facilities management or operations and maintenance.
  • Experience in property management is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer presentation skills and a proven sales aptitude.
  • Experience in crafting technical and cost proposals.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel within a multi-state territory (primarily driveable).
  • Proximity to the office is necessary for in-person meetings a few days a week.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary range of $85,000-$120,000, depending on industry experience.
  • Potential for additional commissions ranging from $20k-$30k+ in the first year (increasing year over year).
