Job Summary

Think Together is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator/Substitute Staffing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing daily staffing for after-school programs at schools within our regions and other districts with Think Together programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage substitute program leaders and ensure accurate staffing counts at after-school program sites.
  • Coordinate with site coordinators to receive absence reports and communicate with substitutes to find available replacements.
  • Monitor and maintain comprehensive records, including substitute work hours and attendance.
  • Assist with facilities management, purchasing, and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a neat and orderly desk and reception area.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior administrative support experience in an educational setting.
  • High school diploma required; two-year minimum college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
