Job Summary:

QUAD A, a non-profit, physician-founded and led global accreditation organization, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will provide administrative support and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide reception and customer service support, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in an administrative role, with advanced word processing and computer skills. A high school diploma is required, and an undergraduate degree is preferred.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time (hourly) position with a regular schedule of 8 am to 4:30 pm, with on-site work two days per week and remote work flexibility. Infrequent travel is expected.

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
