Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Communication Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, including drafting and editing documents, and taking detailed notes during meetings.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, managing logistics, preparing materials, and supporting overall event production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support capacity. Experience in civic engagement, political organizing, or the entertainment industry is advantageous.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when interacting with high-profile individuals.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
