Role Summary:
We are seeking a Billing and Collections Coordinator who will be tasked with managing invoicing and following up with clients to secure payment on outstanding accounts. This role involves collaboration with insurance and mortgage firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting clients to facilitate payment collection
  • Recording customer payments through checks and credit card transactions
  • Updating accounts receivable by calculating outstanding invoices
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of invoices, debits, and credits
  • Addressing collections by reviewing customer payment arrangements and history
  • Ensuring organized and thorough documentation of all client communications
  • Resolving customer disputes related to payments or billing
  • Managing all lien documentation and records
  • Preparing monthly financial statements
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume collections
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Office Suite
