Job Summary

Cherubini Orthodontics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Orthodontic Office Admin - Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating insurance and presenting financing options for treatment, ensuring a smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and submit insurance claims, track adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to ensure patients receive the coverage they deserve.
  • Assist patients in understanding their financing options for treatments that insurance may not cover, providing clear explanations and helping them receive the treatment they require.
  • Perform various administrative duties, such as preparing monthly patient account reports, managing accounts receivable, and billing.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of orthodontic insurance experience.
  • Experience with ADA codes and dental terminology.
  • Experience and knowledge of Dolphin Imaging Management Software.
  • In-depth knowledge about insurance, including employer plans, PPOs, fee for service, etc.
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM.
  • Knowledge about electronic communications, file transfers, emails, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
