Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team at Terrace Communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the billing process, managing vendor invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the billing process, including sending out resident invoices and collecting funds.
  • Enter and deposit funds received, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile Petty Cash and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage employee files, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Process new hires, verify documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate benefits packages and Workers' Compensation programs.
  • Complete internal collection and verification of payroll data.
  • Maintain and update resident and vendor files.
  • Ensure staff lounge bulletin boards are current with HR notices.
