As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in building customer loyalty and ensuring long-term retention. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking team metrics within our CRM system.
  • Meeting monthly and annual performance targets.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Facilitating onboarding meetings to enhance understanding and adoption of our SaaS products.
  • Processing orders and managing customer purchase orders.
  • Supporting fellow CSMs during their absence.
  • Engaging with SolidWorks staff to secure software discounts.
  • Participating in company events and tracking quotas regularly.
  • Managing the activation and sales pipeline effectively.


Qualifications for Success:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Proven skills in sales techniques, customer service, and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to implement our Customer Success initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
