Overview: The Client Success Manager for Restaurant Services is responsible for nurturing the relationship with restaurant partners after they join the OpenTable ecosystem. As a vital member of the local sales team, you will engage with restaurants to ensure their success as they adopt the OpenTable platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of restaurant clients with OpenTable, starting from system customization and installation to comprehensive training for restaurant personnel.
  • Maximize client satisfaction and encourage the extensive use of OpenTable services, aiming for a high retention rate.
  • Promote increased online visibility for restaurants by encouraging participation in OpenTable promotions and utilizing marketing tools available within the platform.
  • Act as a liaison for restaurant clients, addressing cross-functional issues and serving as the primary point of escalation for any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement tailored marketing initiatives that drive engagement.
  • Collect feedback from restaurant partners to inform product development and enhancements.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities and exceptional communication skills. You should be an attentive listener, capable of translating client challenges into effective solutions. Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in account management or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality sector, showcasing strong customer service capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management, particularly within the local market.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across departments to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
  • Confidence in delivering training sessions and public speaking.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside analytical abilities to support business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office, and basic web design or HTML is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for business travel.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment.
  • A college degree is preferred.
