Our client provides a cloud-based software platform that enhances patient engagement through the automation of patient-reported outcomes collection. They also offer educational modules tailored to specific procedures, aimed at preparing patients for treatments and monitoring their recovery proactively.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager for our healthtech client. In this position, you will assist customers in maximizing the value of our client's products, network, and services.

You will serve as the primary contact after implementation, guiding customers in optimizing their data collection, workflows, and overall utilization to achieve their objectives.

As the voice of the customer, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance our client's platform.

This role is fully remote.
What You Will Do

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key customer executives and product owners within your designated territory.
  • Coordinate, develop, and present quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure a positive net revenue retention within your geographic territory.
  • Assist customers in leveraging available resources and inform them of best practices to reach their goals.
  • Maintain and update product documentation and internal resources.
  • Oversee Customer Success Analysts for your territory.
  • Support sales operations, customer renewals, and product opportunities.
What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency with email, calendars, shared documents, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively across internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% annually.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous experience in healthcare or healthtech.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer communication tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and production software databases.
