Team Structure:
Our go-to-market teams operate within a collaborative, cross-functional framework. We are organized into 'pods' that concentrate on specific client segments and opportunities. This position is part of our banking pod, which focuses on nurturing relationships with major banks in the United States.

Role Overview:
The banking clients of Codat present intricate requirements and involve multiple stakeholders, necessitating a personalized and high-touch approach to promote usage and deliver technical and product expertise throughout the post-sales journey. This role is well-suited for an individual experienced in navigating large financial organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and maintain relationships with banking clients during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition, providing guidance and establishing clear go-live plans.
2. Collaborate closely with the Implementations Specialist post-contract to guarantee a seamless handover.
3. Ensure customer success and satisfaction with the Codat solution, engaging both new and existing users.
4. Provide training and promote product awareness to enhance adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
5. Advocate for product enhancements and serve as a liaison between clients and our product, engineering, and sales teams, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Expertise in managing large accounts, ensuring successful relationships that facilitate renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Experience in relationship management with banks or significant financial institutions.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- A product-oriented mindset, focusing on understanding client needs and driving continuous improvements.
- Familiarity with APIs or experience in SaaS technology within the banking, fintech, or payments sectors is advantageous.
