Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, especially at the executive level
- Promote engagement with TELUS Health solutions through creative communication initiatives
- Lead strategy discussions to refine solutions and assess performance indicators
- Communicate the company’s vision and product strategy to clients to ensure alignment of objectives
- Oversee contract renewals, coordinate supplementary services, and pinpoint opportunities for solution enhancement

Qualifications Required
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
- Relevant post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Health Sciences, Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational abilities and efficiency in delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs, Wellness, Preventative Health, Occupational Health, or Human Capital Management (HCM) sectors
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with familiarity in essential tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish are advantageous
- Previous experience in HR, Wellness programs, or EAP is considered beneficial
