Team Structure

Our go-to-market (GTM) team operates in a collaborative, cross-functional format, organized into 'pods' that concentrate on specific client segments and opportunities. This role will be part of our banking pod, focusing on nurturing relationships with major banks across the United States.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a professional who can adeptly manage the intricate needs of our banking clients, characterized by multiple stakeholders and requiring a personalized, high-touch approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating relationships during the implementation phase to guarantee a smooth transition.
  • Collaborating closely with the Implementations Specialist for a seamless handover post-contract.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and success with the Codat solution post-implementation.
  • Engaging both new and existing users, providing training, and promoting product awareness.
  • Advocating for product enhancements and serving as a liaison with internal teams.
  • Maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in managing large accounts to facilitate renewals and upsells.
  • Experience in dealing with banks or large financial organizations.
  • Strong collaborative abilities.
  • A product-oriented mindset, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Technical familiarity with APIs or experience in SaaS technology within the banking or fintech sectors.
