Join Phreesia as a Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader to enhance our mission by tailoring solutions that align with the requirements of our clients, which include primary care, specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals. Leverage your sales expertise to drive product adoption and utilization, while also identifying opportunities for revenue growth through upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the adoption of specific features within the Phreesia platform, ensuring clients derive maximum benefits.
  • Identify and cultivate upsell opportunities within your client portfolio, followed by product demonstrations and ROI presentations.
  • Become proficient in Phreesia's technical product functionalities to offer expert workflow consulting and devise tailored client solutions.
  • Engage with client executives and key stakeholders to conduct Executive Business Reviews, either remotely or in person.
  • Proactively manage client risks by analyzing product usage trends and KPIs to reduce churn, escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Act as an advocate for clients by gathering feedback and prioritizing requests for the Product Management team.
  • Coordinate efforts within the internal account team and promote best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of processes.
  • Support change management initiatives and help secure buy-in from peers on new projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, along with over 5 years of experience in client success or account management.
  • Proven track record in generating sales opportunities and upselling within an existing client base.
  • Strong collaborative skills to engage effectively with customers, including senior executives, to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Adept at anticipating challenges and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role may require occasional travel, adhering to all current health and safety guidelines.
