Key Responsibilities
Act as a resource for customers in emerging markets, working alongside a team of Customer Success Managers and other departments
Leverage data and metrics to enhance customer engagement and ensure value realization
Deliver both proactive and reactive support to clients, addressing their inquiries and challenges
Create and maintain customer resource libraries to boost adoption and satisfaction
Collaborate with various teams to identify and seize value and revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, ideally in a shared success or technical capacity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace/GSuite, and CRM platforms
Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Data-driven work approach
Collaborative and adaptable mindset
Proven success in a high-growth setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in security, compliance, and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Familiarity with Jira/ticketing systems, Gong, Sigma/data dashboards, Chili Piper/calendaring software, Notion
