Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison for designated clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
Comprehend clients' business goals and technical needs
Offer expert advice and best practices to help clients optimize the value of our offerings
Work collaboratively with various teams for onboarding, implementation, and continuous support
Track client usage and adoption, identifying improvement areas and providing recommendations

Essential Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management position within the IT sector or Managed Service Provider
Strong technical foundation with knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering superior customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience in the IT sector or Managed Service Provider
