L.C. Anderson, Inc., a reputable name in the commercial HVAC/R systems installation and service sector, is seeking a customer-oriented, results-driven, detail-focused, and highly organized Commercial Service Sales Coordinator.

This role entails delivering cost-effective and prompt HVAC/R customer service and sales assistance; generating leads, developing equipment lists, and soliciting subcontractor quotes to support the Sales Engineer in formulating Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) and Replacement proposals for our commercial clientele across Eastern Massachusetts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assisting in the development of Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMAs).

Proposals:
Assisting in the formulation of Replacement Proposals, creating projects in Business Process Software.

Purchase Orders:

Create Job Write-ups:

Approve Invoices:
Updating Business Process Software Information for clarification, managing all shared file information between Sales and Operations, lead generation; converting targets to prospects and scheduling appointments for our Sales Engineers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in business software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.

Demonstrated success in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Operations, or a related role.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

COMPENSATION:
$55,000-75,000 base salary based on experience, along with excellent benefits and a generous annual performance bonus.
