Founded in 2015 in California, StretchLab empowers clients to Live Long through a consistent one-on-one stretching program. StretchLab is composed of experts in personal training, yoga, Pilates, physical therapy, massage therapy, kinesiology/exercise science, and many more related certified fields. StretchLab is the first and only assisted stretch service with a Nationally Accredited Flexologist training program ensuring clients receive a world class stretching session. POSITION:
A successful StretchLab Studio Lead Sales Associate will drive studio membership sales and achieve monthly studio sales goals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Lead Sales Associate will mentor studio sales associates and form strong relationships with local community leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:
1 - Fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
2 - Comfortable working independently and mentoring studio sales associates.
3 - Comfortable overcoming objections in the sales process.
4 - Highly organized, proficient with computers, studio software, and social media.
5 - An affinity and passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
6 - Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
7 - Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
8 - Professional, punctual, reliable, and resilient.
9 - Ability to collaborate harmoniously with studio owner, general manager, co-workers, clients, and the general public.
10 - Periodically travel to local networking events including Chamber of Commerce, Health Fairs, Pop Ups, and other events to promote StretchLab.
11 - Must be fluent in English and be able to sit and stand for long periods (up to 8 hours/day)

DUTIES
Sales / Marketing
1 - Assist General Manager with lead generation, follow up and close.
2 - Track and report studio sales metrics, and develop and implement strategies to achieve goals.
3 - Alongside sales associates and under the direction of the studio general manager, strategically manage marketing campaigns, including social media accounts, networking/community events, and studio promotions, to generate leads for the studio.
4 - Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into a First Visit and ultimately convert into memberships.
5 - Directly coordinate with vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

People Mentorship
1 - Motivate, encourage, and train Fitness Sales Associates..
2 - Coordinate with the general manager to ensure proper sales coverage for the studio and networking events.
