- Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts sales through approved communication methods.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- The role requires a full range of motion, including lifting and manual dexterity.
- Standing, balancing, and bending may be necessary for extended periods.
- Corrected vision and hearing within normal ranges are required.
- Ability to work under stress and irregular hours may be necessary.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience in selling medium and heavy-duty truck parts.
- Proficiency in computer use is essential.
- Knowledge of diesel and gas engines, drive trains, and suspensions is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
- Capability to handle difficult situations with flexibility and adaptability.
