SALES FLOOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aligns with organizational goals and makes informed decisions that reflect company priorities.

OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures daily operational tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality.
- Maintains store organization and visual merchandising standards consistently.
- Adheres to all retail policies and procedures.
- Restocks inventory on the sales floor as necessary.
- Supports inventory management processes, including shipment processing and stock organization.
- Assists at the cash wrap as needed, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
- Handles customer transactions efficiently, including purchases and returns.
- Prepares the store by organizing functional areas and maintaining cleanliness.
