SALES FLOOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aligns with organizational goals and makes informed decisions that reflect company priorities.

  • Develops both short- and long-term strategies to meet personal sales targets.
  • Actively seeks feedback on performance and implements improvement plans.

  • Adapts to local market changes and supports the execution of tailored sales strategies.
  • Drives sales through effective client engagement and relationship building.

  • Provides comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Communicates current pricing and promotional strategies effectively.

OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures daily operational tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality.
  • Maintains store organization and visual merchandising standards consistently.
  • Adheres to all retail policies and procedures.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as necessary.
  • Supports inventory management processes, including shipment processing and stock organization.
  • Assists at the cash wrap as needed, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
  • Handles customer transactions efficiently, including purchases and returns.
  • Prepares the store by organizing functional areas and maintaining cleanliness.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Schedule: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
