Job Summary
Well Care Community Health, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, gathering and maintaining accurate patient demographic records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
* Update patient records and insurance information, release copies of shot records, and ensure proper patient flow
* Schedule appointments, sign patients in and out, and prepare face sheets
* Collect and process cash, check, and credit card payments
* Prepare daily schedules for doctors, nurses, and immunizations clerk
* Sign-in labs, blood pressure checks, and weight checks

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
* Paid major holidays and vacation time
* Bi-lingual in Spanish desired but not required
