About the Position

This full-time position involves providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. As a Reception and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries.
  • Tracking inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assisting property managers with apartment leases.
  • Entering data into Excel spreadsheets.
Duties and Responsibilities

You will also be required to perform other duties as needed, such as filing, coordinating mail and Fedex shipments, and maintaining accurate records. A strong organizational and multitasking ability is essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, and that the office runs smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist. You should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as part of a team. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
