Business Office Coordinator Position

Caremed - Chesterfield is a reputable organization providing top-notch home care services for over 20 years. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team in a growing industry.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities
  • This role will be the initial point of contact for calls related to care services, including intake and referrals.
  • You will conduct all recruitment activities, manage employee information documents, and ensure smooth communication with applicants and employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting, handling multiple phone inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with new employees, applicants, potential clients, and people from various backgrounds and experiences.
  • You should have decision-making skills, detail-oriented abilities, and knowledge of web-based applications like Hireology, software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Adobe, Google Forms, electronic visit verification software, and Medicaid guidelines.
