As a Purchasing Assistant at Auxo Medical, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion of our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing Requests: Assist with purchasing requests for parts, supplies, services, and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain minimum stock levels, manage inventory, fulfill parts sales orders, and provide administrative support.
  • Communication: Collaborate with multiple departments, customers, vendors, and company management to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiently use computers to document and analyze product-related activities, interact with vendor websites, send emails, and enter information into databases.
  • Organizational/Planning Skills: Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage product ordering, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
