Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Assistant to support our office leadership and teams. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and editing complex documents, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and events. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and databases, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of three years of experience as a Senior or Executive level Administration Assistant is required, with advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
