Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical requirements.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • A valid State RN License.
  • BLS certification at hire.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
