About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at The Noble Academy, Inc. in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office.
  • Serve as back up for classroom teachers in case of absence.
Requirements
  • Able to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, perform word processing.
  • Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
  • Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Calm and patient demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. This job does not currently have benefits.
