Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee and direct a team of nursing and medical support staff
    • Ensure seamless coordination of client care between medical and clinical departments
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
  • Clinical Operations
    • Ensure quality, compassionate, and timely medical care for every Avenues client
    • Oversee all medication inventory, logs, and authorizations
    • Ensure quality medical documentation and charting standards
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs for nursing and medical support staff
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Valid RN licensure necessary to practice nursing in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
    • 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication and critical thinking skills
    • Strong collaborative, multitasking, and time-management skills
    • Natural leadership abilities with commitment to excellence
