Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Commuting Requirement: Must be willing to commute to and work in our Winchester office.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant is essential, with real estate experience advantageous but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with various computer software applications is necessary, with experience with iPhones and Apple products highly preferred.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with current social media trends, apps, and content creation strategies is essential, with experience in engaging and growing an online audience a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Charismatic and personable, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Decision-Making: Capable of making quick, effective decisions, solving problems, and maintaining confidentiality with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Ability to meet deadlines, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
