- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant is essential, with real estate experience advantageous but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with various computer software applications is necessary, with experience with iPhones and Apple products highly preferred.
- Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with current social media trends, apps, and content creation strategies is essential, with experience in engaging and growing an online audience a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials.
- Interpersonal Skills: Charismatic and personable, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Decision-Making: Capable of making quick, effective decisions, solving problems, and maintaining confidentiality with minimal supervision.
