About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions in Southwest Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development in a fast-paced sales environment, working closely with account managers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive cold calls, email, and foot canvassing to generate appointments.
  • Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding client requirements, and creating customized sales proposals based on specific needs.
  • Closely engage with decision-makers to build rapport, sell our unique value proposition, and overcome objections.
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 hours of prospecting each week.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, call activity, and appointment details in our CRM system.
  • Establish relationships with property managers and key industry association members to develop a large pipeline.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere by maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a base salary, quarterly bonus, and an uncapped commission structure. With strong performance, estimated earnings can exceed $120K annually.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas over two calendar years.
  • Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including organization of key sales data.
  • Prior sales training certification is preferred.
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent communicator with presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
