**Job Summary**

Auro Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize revenue
  • Practice effective revenue management to include wise negotiation and booking of function space
  • Consult with clients to plan details such as number of persons expected, display space desired, and food service schedule
  • Notify department heads of arrangements made to ensure high level of service and guest satisfaction
  • Inspect rooms and displays for conformance to needs and desires of group

**Requirements:**

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years hotel sales management/leadership experience for a major hotel chain or management company
  • Must speak, read, and understand English
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
