About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Diligent. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and research
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers
  • Utilize sales and marketing automation tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
