Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business development and marketing efforts in the Orlando market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to construction sites and may involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
