We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at iboss. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to target small and mid-market organizations in the healthcare, finance, energy, insurance, and public sector verticals.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of iboss's Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform and its capabilities to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the business needs and priorities of our customers and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Legal, Product Management, Security, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience in a B2B or B2E environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with customers. Strong business acumen and ability to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
