Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through face-to-face prospecting, lead sourcing, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sourcing and business development through face-to-face prospecting and research
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers in the business-to-business sales and marketing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive business growth and expansion
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage client expectations and address related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience in the business-to-business sales and marketing industry
- Desire to advance their career within the industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
