Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Florida territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new partnerships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing training and support to ensure the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Florida territory, developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partnerships, ensuring excellent customer service and support to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the Florida territory.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty License.

Work Environment:

The Regional Sales Director will work remotely within the Florida territory, with occasional travel to the company headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.
