Position Overview

As a Field Sales Executive and Key Account Manager at Evenly, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the sales of our orthodontic offerings through proactive business development, client engagement, and revenue generation. Your designated territory will encompass various counties in the Greater Jacksonville area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a specific territory of accounts to expand business by acquiring new dental practices through targeted outreach and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Develop and implement a strategic Territory plan, leveraging insights into the potential of each account within the assigned area.
  • Formulate and execute tailored account strategies for high-potential clients, grounded in a thorough understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Adopt a consultative sales approach to educate clients on integrating Evenly's services into their practices, enhancing patient offerings.
  • Employ data analytics to inform and influence client decision-making processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new high-potential accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Bring a proactive attitude, a growth-oriented mindset, and a high level of energy to the role.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within B2B dental or medical sales, demonstrating both hunting and farming capabilities.
  • Proven ability to identify potential accounts, devise acquisition strategies, and successfully close deals.
  • Documented success in achieving sales targets, supported by awards and recognitions.
  • Strong consultative skills to engage with key decision-makers and deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
