Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Sales Managers for Embedded Software Solutions to enhance our presence in critical industries, including Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, Telecommunications, and consumer electronics. Ideal candidates will possess technical expertise and familiarity with embedded Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS). We are expanding our reach across all time zones, accommodating candidates from diverse regions as long as they have reasonable business access to substantial market territories.
Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on prospecting and strategic account development, requiring energy, ambition, and a results-driven mindset. Success in this position entails:
- Developing and executing a territory plan targeting leading security-focused brands and manufacturers.
- Collaborating with marketing to elevate our brand and enhance market visibility within prioritized accounts.
- Generating a robust sales pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and participation in industry events.
- Closing contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while achieving strategic objectives.
- Managing customer relationships throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
- Working alongside IoT Field Engineers to comprehend customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate data and forecasts within Salesforce.
- Establishing productive professional relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Coordinating with colleagues across support, delivery, and management functions.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- An exceptional academic record from both high school and university.
- A technical undergraduate degree.
- Confidence to communicate openly, provide feedback, and share ideas effectively.
- A proven track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results.
- Field sales experience in embedded Linux, embedded software, or enterprise software.
- A history of meeting sales targets and securing large account wins.

- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, complemented by excellent presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
