Job Overview

SafeTouch Security, a leader in the security industry for over three decades, prioritizes its workforce as the foundation of its achievements. We are currently in search of a seasoned and motivated Enterprise Security Sales Executive to enhance our vibrant sales team.

Position Summary:

The selected candidate will concentrate on promoting sophisticated access control and video surveillance technology solutions tailored for government entities, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, logistics firms, and construction contractors. A successful applicant will possess a robust background in enterprise security sales, exceptional skills in relationship management, and a history of surpassing sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue prospective clients across various sectors including government, healthcare, education, logistics, and construction.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet sales goals and broaden the client base.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client requirements.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted sectors.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our advanced access control and video surveillance solutions to potential clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales journey and post-sale follow-up.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our security technology offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that align with specific client needs.
  • Stay updated on innovations in security technology and best practices within the industry.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully finalize sales agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations throughout all sales activities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise security solutions sales, particularly in access control and video surveillance.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of the government, healthcare, education, logistics, and construction sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and attend industry events.
  • A collaborative team player who prioritizes exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are expected.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Work Location: Hybrid work model available.
