Role Overview
The Regional Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success and clinical effectiveness of Saluda's EvokeTM therapy within the designated region. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing the sales territory effectively.
  • Overseeing clinician training initiatives, sales strategies, and market expansion efforts.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to ensure optimal utilization of EvokeTM systems and meet revenue targets.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders and clients.
  • Driving growth initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing core messaging.
  • Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence; conducting market research to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years in medical device sales.
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in programmable implantable device sales.
  • Experience in operating room settings and strong patient follow-up skills.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
