Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong working relationships with client representatives, business partners, and facility management teams to build trust and ensure effective service delivery.

• Address facility management concerns promptly, keeping all relevant parties informed and escalating issues as necessary.

• Serve as the primary liaison for site occupants, property management, and landlords to facilitate smooth operations and meet client expectations.

• Oversee third-party contractors and vendors to ensure optimal property maintenance and operations.

• Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) effectively, collaborating to identify areas for service enhancement and cost savings.

• Review daily work orders, ensuring timely follow-up for successful service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Schedule and manage vendor performance for all preventative and recurring maintenance tasks for assigned properties.

• Recommend and implement continuous improvement practices to enhance service quality.

• Analyze customer feedback regularly, developing and executing effective response strategies.

• Promote teamwork and collaboration across the account-wide team, sharing insights and best practices.

• Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors, providing assistance as needed.

• Coordinate special events in support of client initiatives or company objectives.

• Assist the Facility Management Team in strategic planning to achieve departmental goals.

• Ensure adequate inventory of operational supplies and tools, including HVAC components, lighting, and plumbing materials.

• Prepare and submit purchase orders, verifying delivery accuracy for quantity and specifications.

• Conduct regular safety and inventory assessments of property tools.


Safety and Compliance:

• Support adherence to JLL's audit and compliance standards in facility management and operational policies.

• Maintain compliance with local ordinances, codes, and regulations.

• Identify safety hazards, conduct risk assessments, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

• Complete all required safety training sessions as scheduled.

• Follow all policies regarding the safe handling and disposal of materials.

• Utilize JLL's work order management system to support facility operations.

• Assist with facility soft services as directed.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years in Facilities Management preferred).

• Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience in a corporate or service provider environment.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet objectives.

• Basic understanding of building systems and work order management.

• Experience in vendor management and oversight of direct reports.
