  • Coordinate and lead the daily activities of the production and warehouse team to ensure efficient processes and maximize productivity.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives and drive business growth.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently, and identify areas for improvement to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff, and ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinate with staff to ensure timely repairs.
  • Ensure that quality control standards and protocols are applied to the production process and address quality-related issues that may arise.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials and other supplies are available according to the schedule.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress to senior executives.
  • Ability to lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects to drive business excellence.
  • Maintain effective communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision is required.
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment is essential.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements is necessary.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of production management and quality standards is essential.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and technical analytical mindset to deal with arising complexities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
