Clinical Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Coordination Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating student clinical experiences, managing relationships with healthcare partners, and ensuring the success of our nursing students.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Development: Research, manage, and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other clinical agency sites to ensure successful clinical rotations for nursing students.
- Contract Management: Provide oversight for clinical affiliation agreements, attaining contract signatures, and assisting in developing, renewing, and terminating contracts between Chamberlain University and clinical sites.
- Student Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clinical faculty, students, and clinical partners regarding clinical experiences, escalating concerns to campus leadership as needed.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and attend healthcare-related events, including the Clinical Partner Summit, consortium meetings, and other activities at the direction of campus and national leaders.
- Inventory Management: Participate in academic planning and scheduling for students, monitoring current inventory, and securing adequate clinical placement inventory.
- Data Management: Complete data entry into Chamberlain's systems of record in real-time to ensure accurate reporting of clinical inventory at the national level.
- Compliance: Monitor and manage Chamberlain University's compliance and partner-specific requirements.
- Student Journey: Support student journey through consistent, timely, and proactive communication to all key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 3 years of successful demonstration of business development and/or relationship management experience.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Preferred knowledge of or experience working in the healthcare field.
- Self-starter and able to complete tasks efficiently and independently.
