  • Assists in the effective use of on-site property management software
  • Ensures efficient property management in line with organizational policies and protocols
  • Prepares procurement orders and manages vendor billing
  • Maintains awareness of maintenance initiatives and addresses resident maintenance inquiries
  • Supports leasing processes and lease renewals
  • Conducts inspections for move-ins and move-outs of apartments
  • Collects rental payments from residents and reconciles discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Preferred: Associate Degree in Property Management or Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • 1-2 years of experience in Leasing, Bookkeeping, or Operations
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary
  • Essential skills: knowledge of fair housing regulations, property management, Microsoft Office
  • Preferred skills: familiarity with affordable housing programs, customer service
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
