Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support: Assist with tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage office supplies: Ensure adequate stock levels of office supplies, including paper, toner, and other essential materials.
  • Develop and maintain office procedures: Create and update procedures for office operations, including filing systems and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to company reports: Assist with the preparation and distribution of company reports, including financial and operational data.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized, with all necessary equipment and supplies readily available.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required: A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
